Come and gather online with your UP Alumni family & friends from across the globe in this fundraising event by the UPAA-Arizona Chapter! We will have 5 games of Bingo, raffle, and a trivia game for everyone joining the game night. Package tickets and additional individual tickets are available for purchase. In order to get access to the game night, you must purchase 1 raffle ticket. Part of the proceeds from this event will benefit our deserving University of the Philippines scholars.

Where is the venue of this event?
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our event will be held online via Zoom video conferencing. The Zoom meeting link will be emailed to you upon confirmed purchase of tickets to the game night. To get access to the game night, a minimum purchase of 1 raffle ticket ($6.00) is required.
What are the online games in this event?
We have five (5) online Bingo games, raffle, and the trivia game. For the online Bingo game, there will be 1 Blackout game and 4 other game patterns. The other game patterns will be announced during the event. Package and raffle tickets are automatically entered to the trivia game.
What are the prizes?
Prizes are sponsored by our fellow alumni members. There will be 2 major prizes and minor prizes for winning our online games:

Technical Questions
Are there any technical requirements we need to know?
In order for your online game experience with us to be smooth and hassle-free, you should have access to the technologies below before joining the event. We recommend that you prepare & download the apps a week before the event.
1) Computer or a mobile device with webcam & audio
- For those joining the Raffle only: One device is enough so you can log in to Zoom and also join the trivia game.
- For tech-savvy people who are joining the online Bingo game:
– It is advisable that you use a device that will allow you to be in the Zoom meeting AND view your online Bingo cards at the same time. A laptop computer is ideal for this purpose. This will allow you to be in the Zoom meeting and have several internet browser tabs open especially if you purchased more than one online bingo card.
– If you are using your mobile phone, iPad or Android tablets, we recommend that you use 2 mobile devices: 1 device for the Zoom meeting, and another device to view your online Bingo card.
– If you bought more than 1 Bingo card for a bingo game pattern and have access to multiple mobile devices, it will be easier to use all your devices so you can view all your Bingo cards.
- If you are not tech-savvy and you are joining the online Bingo game, you only need
– One device that will allow you to join the Zoom meeting
– Printed copy(ies) of your online bingo card(s). The bingo card link(s) that we will send you can be printed. Make sure you print out your cards before logging in to the Zoom meeting.2) Stable internet connection

What web apps are you going to use for these games?
Online Bingo:
A specific URL or website link of your online Bingo game card will be emailed to you.
You also have the option to print it on your own.
Raffle Draw:
We have an online “tambiolo” that we will use for our raffle.
Trivia Game:
We will use the site Crowd.live for our trivia game. No need to download this app. It can work from a web browser.
It’s a game of speed and only the first 20 players to log in will be able to join. Then the player with the highest point towards the end of the game will take home an Amazon Echo Dot.Game code will be announced during the event.
Do you have a video tutorial on how to join these online games?
Will there be a dry run before the online event?
Yes. You may log in at 30 minutes before the event so we can make sure that you are all set up for the game.

Purchasing & Payment
How much is the minimum purchase to get access to the game night?
We require a minimum of 1 raffle ticket ($6.00) to get access to the game night.
Are you shipping out the Bingo cards or raffle tickets?
No physical ticket will be mailed out. The games will all be done online. We will provide specific website links to your online Bingo cards. Once you receive the links, you will be able to print it on your own.
If you bought just raffle tickets, your name will be used instead of random numbers. Your name will be entered to our raffle depending on the quantity of raffle tickets you purchased.
Can I use my Blackout Bingo game card to play the other 4 Bingo game patterns, or vice versa?
No. You cannot use your Blackout bingo card to play the other 4 bingo game patterns, and vice versa. We have a tracking system of the links and names of people who purchased specific bingo cards. The emcee will announce the valid bingo card IDs for every game pattern.
How do we get our online Bingo cards or raffle tickets?
Upon confirmed registration and payment, you will receive several emails from us in the following order:
Email 1: Confirmation email – You should receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite upon checkout/ payment regarding the receipt of your purchase. There will be a few instructions that are included in this email.
Email 2: Bingo game card email – If you bought our Game Package ticket or any additional bingo game tickets, you will receive a separate email containing the links to your online Bingo game cards. The email will also include virtual bingo game instructions. Expect the email 3-5 days before the event.
Email 3: Zoom link email – A final email reminder with the Zoom meeting link & instructions will be sent out on the day of the event.
